What technological device have I ever wanted to have and doesn't exist? How would it work?

 The light-years ship

This ship, as its name says, is a machine that is used to travel in light years, taking into account Albert Einstein's theory of relativity that establishes that the laws of physics are the same for all observers and that the speed of light is constant, and relativity general, which describes gravity not as a force, but as a curvature of space-time caused by mass. The theory has led to surprising predictions, such as the slower aging of astronauts compared to people on Earth. This ship is handled by a satellite, and if a human traveled, he would not age, but would be unharmed, but at the same time everything around him would be changed.
